of the many McIlhennys who have helped preserve the Tabasco legacy from generation to
generation. Their names may have changed over the years, but the way they make Tabasco
never has. In fact, every employee – family member or not – takes great pride in knowing that
Tabasco tastes exactly the same on eggs today as it did in 1868.
